Between the Sheets hand craft our unique range of
exotic bed linen in our own factory in Wiltshire,
England. We aim to produce a first class product to
bring the finest bed linen in Polyester Satin,
Polyester Velvet. Pure Satin Silk, PVC , Leather and
Latex to you our customers. We have been satisfying
our customers for over 16 years now and believe our
reputation is second to none.
Please find our Terms of Business below. They
clearly set out what we will and will not do when we
supply our products to you. If you have any questions

Placing your
order
You can place your order in several ways. Through our
online ordering system, by phone, fax, email or post.
Between the Sheets make every effort to ensure that
all of these methods are fully operational at all
times. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses
caused by failures of any of the above methods.
Sizes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure
that the dimensions of the bed are checked before
ordering goods. Each page on our site shows standard
sizes and the dimensions. If in any doubt please
contact us to confirm your sizes and dimensions. We
are not responsible for additional costs accrued to
the customer by incorrect ordering. Please take
care!
Custom
Bedding
Are marked throughout the site with an
asterisk*.
When you order custom sizes from us we are completely
reliant on correct measurements supplied by you.
Please talk/email us to be sure that you have correct
measurements. If you order Custom Made items, Special
Orders, Comforters, Bedspreads, Pillow Shams, Duo
Items, Pure Silk Colour Bed Linen they are
non-returnable except where we find faulty
workmanship.
Design
Between the Sheets
reserves the right to change our designs at any time,
without notification.
Customers who request repeats of old designs may be
required to pay an additional charge.
Shipping
We will normally despatch within 2 – 7 days of
your order, sometimes sooner. Special orders, custom
items, out of stock items may take longer. At busy
periods we reserve the right to extend the dispatch
period. If your order is time specific or you have a
deadline please enquire we will always give you an
estimated dispatch date . In the U.K. we ship on a 48
hour service by carrier or by first class post.
Delivery of your order will require a
signature.
Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery
address you give to sign for your goods. All
deliveries are in plain packaging and we are happy to
deliver to your business address. When Shipping to a
third party address other than a work address we may
ask you for additional proof of your card holders
address.
In Europe we dispatch by carrier or post and to the
USA by carrier or post. For the rest of the world
carriers may vary as may delivery times. We cannot be
held responsible for delays of goods in transit or in
customs howsoever caused. We cannot deliver to P.O.
Boxes and we do not operate C.O.D. deliveries.
If an order is late you can email or phone us to
instigate an enquiry. Dependant on the method of
shipping a tracking number may or may not be
available. Wherever possible we will make every
effort to locate your parcel and effect delivery. A
signature will be required on delivery. You are
required to notify us within 3 days of receipt of
your goods if the parcel is damaged in any way.
BFPO DELIVERIES
We can deliver to BFPO mail boxes . Customers do need
to supply the statement address for the credit card
used along with the BFPO address.
Bulky Items
PLEASE NOTE – WHEN BULKY
ITEMS( e.g. Cushions, Comforters) are
ordered we may contact you to advise an additional
shipping charge. This is due to the
“Volumetric” charge that carrier
companies often make for overseas deliveries where
the charge is levied on the size of the package
rather than weight.
Returns and
Exchanges
If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase
you can return them to us. You have the right to
cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your
goods. However Custom Made items such as Special
Orders, Comforters, Pillow Shams, Pure Silk Colour
Bed Linen are only returnable in cases of faulty
workmanship or incorrect make. Please discuss with us
before ordering these items.
Before returning goods you must contact us by phone
or email to obtain a returns reference number. If you
do not contact us before returning your goods your
goods may be returned to you and you may be charged
for return shipping costs.
The goods must be in the original saleable
condition, they must be unused and not washed or
damaged in any way and in the original
packaging.
The goods must be dispatched to reach us within 7
days of receipt by you of the goods. Goods must be
returned by recorded post. The customer is
responsible for the safe return of goods to us and is
responsible for any goods lost or damaged in
transit.We reserve the right to request proof of
posting where goods are lost in transit. We will
refund you for the cost of the goods only or we will
exchange for comparable goods within 21days.
If you return goods that are used, washed or damaged
in any way you will be charged for the packing and
shipping costs of returning the goods to you.
After 7 days a refund or exchange is entirely at our
discretion. A restocking charge of 15% may be
made if goods are accepted back on to stock.
Duo duvet covers, Special Orders, Comforters,
Pillow Shams, Pure Silk Colour Bed Linen and
any items marked by * are only returnable in cases of
faulty workmanship or incorrect make. Please
discuss with us before ordering these items.
Special Offers
Special offers from Between the Sheets are stand
alone offers and may not be used in conjunction with
any other offers from us running concurrently. Offers
may be added and removed entirely at the
company’s discretion. When an offer is shown to
run to a specific date the offer will run until close
of business on that date. Usually 5.00pm local
time.
Satin Sheets
Our Satin Sheets are made of the highest quality,
softest Polyester Satin. They wear well but in
certain circumstances (excessive wear, hard or rough
skin on feet, excessive washing on long or hot cycles
etc.) they may bobble. To experience the softness and
silkyness of satin sheets and care for your sheets

satin sheets are sold with washcare lables
attached.
Latex Sheets
Latex sheets are made from the finest sheet latex.
All latex sheeting is vulnerable to attack by oils,
heat and ultra violet light. Daylight can cause
damage to the latex causing a white bloom on the
surface of the latex - see the Latex care
Instructions on our site. All Latex products are sold
with care instructions.
Warranty
All products supplied by Between the Sheets
are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt for
stitching and workmanship. We are not responsible for
normal wear and tear, damage or mistreatment or
damage due to washing how so ever caused.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders can be accepted prior to
shipping by phone, fax or through our online ordering
system. Custom made orders (see above), Special
Orders, Comforters, Pillow Shams, Pure Silk Colour
Bed Linen will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee
after 3 days of order or if work has started
whichever is the sooner.
Payment
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo
Credit Cards. You can also pay by Bank Credit
Transfer. UK customers can pay by personal Cheque and
Postal Orders. We reserve the right to make any
enquiries we see fit to ascertain the validity of
Credit Cards and to refuse Credit Card Payments. You
may be asked to provide additional information to
validate card purchases.
Payment from Credit Cards will normally be taken as
goods are dispatched. Custom made orders (see above),
Special Orders, Comforters, Pillow Shams and Pure
Silk Colour Bed Linen will be charged for when
ordered.
Payments by cheque will delay dispatch for 7/10 days
or whenever cheque has cleared.
Customer
Privacy
We keep customer details on our secure database.
Details are kept in compliance with the UK Data
Protection Act. You have the right to see the data
that we keep about you at our offices.(There may be a
small charge for this service) We do not make any
customer details available to anyone else -
ever.
Terms and
