Bamboo is in fact a very fast growing grass and can be harvested every 3 years and then renews itself without need of replanting. Bamboo is a truly sustainable crop. In its cultivation it is not irrigated like cotton, it relies simply on rainfall. The yield from an acre of bamboo is 10 times greater than the yield you get from cotton.

Bamboo Fabric is Hypoallergenic and biodegradable. In cultivation Bamboo absorbs more CO2 and produces 35% more oxygen than an equivalent area of trees.

The growing of our Bamboo is certified Organic with OCIA International Organic Certification. The production of the bamboo fibre is manufactured under ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.

The Bamboo Viscose fibre has gained Oeko-Tex Standard 100 product class 1 for baby articles guaranteeing safety in use.
